Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Performance Ad Partners collects through performanceadpartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a growth consultation, we collect what you enter in the form: your first and last name, email address, business name, website, phone number (optional), the advertising platforms you use, your approximate monthly media spend, and what you would like to improve. Please do not send sensitive personal information or financial documents through the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
This site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy before they go live and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use your information
- To respond to your consultation request and follow up about it.
- To understand your business and advertising so the conversation is useful.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We will not add you to a marketing email list without your permission.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, and the email service we use to receive notifications. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, use our contact form and tell us what you need. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we limit access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as a scheduling tool. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
